Ethics Resource Center (ERC)
The Ethics Resource Center (ERC) is the oldest nonprofit in the United States devoted to the advancement of organisational ethics. Through measurement and research around emerging issues, we help organisations identify areas of ethical risk and assess the effectiveness of their ethics and compliance programs. We apply our findings to strengthen ethical leadership worldwide by bringing innovative programs to the workplace, to schools, to government agencies and to ethics institutions in developing countries.

For the past 10 years, we have provided facilitating services for, and partner with, ethics non-governmental organisations (NGO's) in developing countries. We work closely with the Ethics Institute of South Africa (EthicSA), Transparencia por Colombia and the Turkish Ethical Values Foundation (TEDMER). Through collaborative projects with these centers, ERC supports their efforts to build local capacity for ethics and good governance, and learns vital lessons applicable to ethics programs around the world.
